At Plainface, we stand by the quality of our premium ingredients. Because our products are high-purity cosmetic ingredients, we maintain strict safety and quality standards.

Change of Mind Returns Due to the hygiene and safety nature of cosmetic powders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind once the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@plainface.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
